Cancellation Charges for Orders in Transit or Refused at Delivery:

A. For prepaid and partial COD orders, if you cancel an order while it is in transit or refuse to accept the delivery, the cost of forward and reverse courier charges, payment gateway charges, and shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
 
B. In the case of COD order cancellations, the charges will be deducted from the wallet cash, and future orders using COD payment mode will not be allowed.

Cancellation Timing:

It's important to note that orders can only be canceled when the order status is "Processing" without any charges. Once an order has progressed beyond this stage, cancellation may not be possible.
