Clearly visible shipment label: The shipment label must be clearly visible in the unboxing video to verify that the package received matches the one sent by our company.
No cuts in the video: The unboxing video must be continuous, without any edits or cuts, ensuring the authenticity of the unboxing process.
Timely submission: The unboxing video and request for return, refund, or replacement must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your unboxing video and verify its compliance with our guidelines, we will review your request for a refund.
If approved, we will initiate the refund process within 7 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Process:

If you prefer a replacement for the item(s) in question, we will review your unboxing video to ensure it meets our guidelines.
Once approved, we will arrange for the replacement item(s) to be shipped to you within 14 days. We will cover the shipping costs associated with the replacement.
In the case that the exact item is not available, we will offer you a comparable alternative or a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If the item(s) you received are damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately.
We may require unboxing video and additional documentation or evidence (e.g., photos) to support your claim. Please provide them promptly for a quicker resolution.
Once the damage or defect is confirmed, we will proceed with either a refund or replacement, as per your preference.

Return Shipping:

In the event that a return is necessary, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item(s) to our facility.
Please ensure that the returned item(s) are securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit.


The refund and replacement policy does not cover damage caused by customer mishandling, misuse, or improper care of the product(s).
Additionally, any items that have been modified or altered from their original condition are not eligible for refund or replacement.
